hello zinan...

is there anyway, i could contact you directly? I'm very motivated and been trying to loose weight for years... I play sports, jog, swim... at least 5 days a week... I eat aata roshi... no rice, no bread... no meat.. I eat veggies.. most of the days before bed i dont eat (meaning : I tend to skip dinner usually).. but I am not loosing any weight... been to dieticians many times.. but so far no luck...

i'm totally against diet pills and diet drinks etc...


now at a point that I would do anything to loose weight.. and improve fitness level..
ANY SUGGESTIONS?

i am a big fan of u'r show. but i never got a chance to ask u a question.wish u a very big success on u'r work, i bi leave u doing a very great n of course hard work. (i do have a question abt fat burning which is the best way to burn more fats in a week or a day?)i hope i'll get the answer very soon.
