Before jogging:

A light warm up is recommended.

Phases of stretching before jog:

1 - Some mobility work , that is moving the joints slowly through the full range of movement.

2 - Dynamic Stretching [performed with movement to ensure your heart rate does not fall down after warm ups] normally before a jog walking lunges, side lunges, on the spot calf raises, standing chest flyes, wood chops are few good movements to be used as dynamic stretching...
